CORONAVIRUS? Your health and safety are our concern. OUR CARS: Apart from our usual thorough cleaning we are sanitising our cars between rentals, paying particular attention to areas like the steering wheel, gear shift, handbrake, controls, door handles etc. OUR PREMISES: counter tops, desks, computers and other equipment undergo the same sanitation measures. OUR STAFF: All recommended hygiene measures are being applied and should an outbreak occur within our organisation we will go into self isolation for the necessary period. YOUR BOOKINGS: We will accommodate any changes as a result of the effects of the Coronavirus. We remain flexible and guarantee our usual personal touch for your enjoyment of our cars and your journey.

How can I pay for the service?

There is no deposit required to make a booking.

On collection we will charge your credit card for the car rental cost. If required, you can also pay this in cash.2

Insurance Excess

All our vehicles are comprehensively insured and this is included in the daily rate. We do however have an insurance excess amount of R6000 which is held as a deposit on your credit card in case of damage to the car.

Can I pickup or return the car on a location chosen by me?

We operate throughout the Garden Route - so you can choose where to collect and drop off your vehicle. This applies to the George, Knysna and Plettenberg Bay regions.

Do you have minimum or maximum booking length?

Our minimum booking length is two days. There is no maximum rental period.

Will I receive a confirmation of my online reservation?

As soon as you have confirmed you will receive an e-mail confirming your reservation. If you need any further information about your reservation just send an e-mail from the contacts page.

Do you have mileage limit?

You get 200Km free per day, thereafter R3 per kilometer.

What is included in your rates? Do you charge additional fees?

We only charge you the daily rate. There are no contract fees, additional driver fees, insurance fees. You pay the daily rate, and for any kilometers you use over your free 200km per day.

Can I change the car during the pickup?

The car that was selected at the booking stage is being specifically reserved for you. If another vehicle is available in the fleet that you would prefer, it may be arranged.

Do you have discounts for regular clients?

The rental fleet is already charged out at discounted rates, so no further discounts are available.
